Required Information

Our Response

Upon receipt of a valid, complete DMCA notice, we will investigate promptly and, where appropriate, remove or disable access to the identified material. We will notify the content contributor of the removal. Our target response time is 5 business days from receipt of a complete notice.

Counter-Notification

If you believe content was removed in error, you may file a counter-notification via <a href=”/contact/”>our contact page. Your counter-notice must include: your physical or electronic signature; identification of the removed material and its prior location; a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed by mistake; your name, address, and telephone number; and consent to jurisdiction of a federal court in your district.

Repeat Infringers

In accordance with the DMCA and other applicable law, Bianco Marble Decor maintains a policy of terminating, in appropriate circumstances, the accounts of repeat infringers.

Good Faith Use

This policy is not intended to limit or curtail our fair use of copyrighted works for editorial commentary, criticism, or educational purposes, which is expressly permitted under copyright law.
